Typically, how long do clients sign up for?
The duration depends on your goals:
- And if I need some quick wins? I cannot guarantee a quick win, any more than you can guarantee low-hanging fruit in Six Sigma. But my clients observed that a first focused 2.5-hour session helps them identify a specific challenge they overlooked, enabling them to tackle it with immediate, actionable solutions.
- And if I want some long-term Progress? A comprehensive 3 to 6-month framework will address broader leadership milestones and long-term transformation. We co-create it, and there is a key milestone at 4 weeks to decide the next steps and go deeper (or pause).
