30-Minute Prep Call

First, there is a 30-minute prep call to establish goals and make sure you come to your Reignite Intensive prepared.

Intensive 2 hour work session

Then, for two hours, we focus on 1 or 2 short-term goals you want to achieve but have no time to so that you are in a better position to break the frustration cycle. We’ll map a plan together so you can implement the changes we’ve identified. We’ll do this via Zoom. To fit your busy schedule, or if your attention span is short, we can split the two-hour in two sessions, one week apart at most so you get the best results.

Follow-up Call and bonus Q&A

Finally, we’ll connect for a 30-minute Follow-Up call a few weeks after the intensive. As a final bonus, I’ll answer 4 additional email questions you have as you set those changes in place so you can continue to fine tune your strategy.

After making your payment, you’ll schedule your 30-minute prep call with Laurence. During this call, you’ll voice your hopes and goals for this experience. I’ll explain how to get support before/after the intensive, and we’ll finalise the call schedule and intake form schedule for this VIP experience.

In-take Form

With your purchase confirmation, you will receive a link to schedule your 30-minute prep call with Laurence. It will also contain a link to a short intake form to complete a day before your prep call. This form will allow us to be as efficient as possible in this half-hour.

Review recent events in your career - and life- to determine what’s working and what’s not, and where your energy and focus are at the moment. Reiew the strategies you used to date to mitigate. We’re going to look back at what you’ve done in the last 6 months and assess what you want to get done in the next 6 months.

Next we Focus Deeply

Hour 1: Foundations: Define and measure

→ Discuss what direction you want your career and life to go
→ Identify some short-term wins to improve the situation in your career or life
→ Map some strategies even when negotiating through situations - workload increase or other demands which i appear unrealistic to you)

→ Brainstorm to identify the 2-3 elements you’ll focus on in June

Hour 2: Growth: Map out a plan together

→ Set growth goals for the next 3 months

→ Develop the strategies to implement changes in the relationships which are not working at the moment

→ Start setting up some me-time to keep you up in your priority list and get where you want to go (you keep your critical thinking and intuition up that way, too)
→ Co-create a plan for strategic conversation + relationship building at your workplace
→ Create a 15-minute weekly accountability routine to keep yourself on track

Then we Follow Through

Implementation Phase: 2-3 weeks

→ This phase is key for you to see how you and your counterparts react after we worked together.

→ Take quick notes on what's clear for you, where you have questions, where people did not react the way you expected, or where you'd like some "fine-tuning" or course-correct strategies.

Schedule 30 minute Wrap-Up call

Fill an Out-take form : short format, to help you identify your progress and focus on your your key questions

→ Bring your weekly 15 minutes review sheet (given during the Intensive)

 

→ Review what worked and what didn't work as anticipated

→ What priorities will you keep?
→ What actions need to be refined?
→ What support do you need?

We can discuss it if you want more support. 

 

Note: We won’t get to all of that! It depends where we’re starting. For instance, it may take a full hour to identify the best 1-2 elements for you to focus on and get the best leverage. Yet we’ll define your short term wins and co-create a plan of action, so you can start seeing  progress early this fall.
